A great hotel with beautiful views. We were in the deluxe queen room with an individual safe, cable channels and a work desk. It's quite a walk from Santos Cerveceria, good for a little drink;)))

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants. The service was outstanding, with room service available 24/7 and the staff always ready to assist us with any requests. The hotel also offers car hire and dry cleaning services, which made our stay even more convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar and an in-room safe. We even had a patio where we could relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and quality services.

The room was small in area access to the wardrobe was very restricted and 2 people could not pass each other to get to the wardrobe noise from the street was unacceptable

The hotel is in a great position, right in the centre of the city and at walking distance to the port and many restaurants, bars, etc. The breakfast is good and staff is helpful. However Lennox is definitely overrated: 3 stars or 3+ would be more than enough for this hotel.

The hotel's location in this city is excellent and provides easy access to all the main attractions in the city center on the main San Martin street. The staff is helpful and accommodating, providing us with a room when we arrived early and serving us breakfast while we waited. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch, and the breakfast had a good selection of items.

The hotel's location in the city center on main street is convenient with many restaurants and shops nearby. It's uphill on the next street parallel to San Martin, but not far from everything. Some rooms have pleasant décor and scenic views. the staff is fairly helpful.
We didn't have a comfortable stay. the hotel needs a little work, some amenities like the wi-fi and fridges need improvement, and the maintenance was poor.

Convenient location for restaurants and museums. Room was clean and comfortable. The lounge was cozy and had beautiful views of the city.
Terrible customer service, with rude and unhelpful staff. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and hallways.
